Career
Nadine is a partner in the Energy Transactions and Projects team in London. She advises clients on a wide range of cross-border energy and infrastructure projects, mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, project development work and regulatory matters. Nadine’s practice has a strong focus on M&A and project development involving oil and gas and natural resources and related infrastructure across Africa, the Middle East, Latin America and Europe. Nadine is recognized in Legal 500 UK, 2023 for Projects, Energy and Natural resources and in Chambers UK, 2023 for Energy and Natural Resources: Oil and Gas. Nadine is active in the Association of International Energy Negotiators and is one of the drafters of the AIEN 2023 Model International Joint Operating Agreement, which updates and supplements one of the most widely used model form JOAs in the international oil and gas industry.
