Career

He represents domestic and foreign clients in strategic lawsuits, arbitrations, business consulting and mediation. He has extensive experience in issues related to procedural law and civil law, particularly in class actions, public procurement and crisis management.

His Public and Regulatory Law representation involves judicial and administrative disputes involving bidding processes and public contracts, as well as issues related to regulatory agencies, Audit Courts and other government control entites. He also frequently represents clients in actions for damages and challenges to decisions rendered by the Brazilian Antitrust Authority.
