Roberta advises domestic and international clients on environmental law aspects, and represents them in judicial and administrative litigation, involving mediation of social, environmental and cultural conflicts, environmental licensing, investments in environmental assets, climate change and carbon market.

She has profound knowledge on specialized matters of environmental law such as land demarcation and impacts on quilombola, indigenous and other sensitive communities, vegetation suppression, negotiation of Conduct Adjustment Terms and Environmental Commitment Terms with the Public Prosecutor's Office and environmental agencies, issues related to contaminated areas in the context of mergers and acquisitions, as well as civil and administrative environmental liability.
