​Paulo has more than 20 years of experience in banking and finance law, with a focus on regulatory aspects, working with banks, fintechs, and other financial institutions, as well as private equity funds, multinational corporations, publicly traded and privately held companies, and other investors. His practice involves foreign exchange structuring for M&A transactions, structured finance deals, offshore transactions, debt restructuring and refinancing, and payment methods, and indebtedness matters.
