She has extensive experience in administrative proceedings with patents, trademarks, and contracts, conducting and coordinating due diligence and negotiation of intellectual property assets in M&A transactions. She also advises on highly complex contracts and proceedings for the protection of Intellectual Property assets, especially patents and trademarks.
