Charles Ching regularly represents sponsors and corporate clients in mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, PIPEs and other investment transactions, particularly those with a China focus. His private equity clients include Advent International, FountainVest Partners, Primavera Capital, Warburg Pincus and other international and China-based private equity houses. He has also acted on some of the most prominent cross-border M&A transactions involving China in recent years. Charles is a native Mandarin and English speaker.
