Cody Carper is a partner in Weil’s Private Equity practice, where he focuses on complex energy and infrastructure transactions, including representing private equity sponsors and management teams in acquisitions and divestitures of upstream and midstream oil and gas assets, energy financings and equity joint venture transactions. He regularly advises both investors and operators in drilling partnerships and other joint development arrangements.
