Eric Ordway

Career

Eric Ordway is a leading member of Weil’s International Arbitration practice. He specializes in international commercial and investor-state arbitration, representing companies and foreign governments in disputes concerning various sectors, such as nuclear power, technology, oil and gas, real estate, financial services and banking. He has handled international arbitrations before the ICC, AAA, International Arbitration Center of The Austrian Federal Economic Chamber, Arbitration Court of Hungarian Chamber of Commerce, ICSID, and investor-state arbitrations under UNCITRAL rules.
