Sandy Lin is a partner in the Corporate Department of the Firm’s Hong Kong office. Sandy’s practice is focused on complex cross-border transactions in the Asia-Pacific region, including mergers and acquisitions, cross-border joint ventures, emerging companies, venture capital financing, and energy project development.

Having spent a significant part of her career in China, she is in particular experienced in China-related cross-border transactions. She regularly represents international and regional private equity sponsors, state-owned companies, sovereign wealth funds, private companies and other investors in various industries, including energy, infrastructure, TMT, biotechnology, healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical devices, automobile, manufacturing and chemicals.
