Kimberly Blanchard's practice encompasses a variety of international transactions involving M&A, private equity and joint ventures. She has lectured and published on topics ranging from international tax planning for U.S. businesses to the special tax issues facing foreign persons, pension plans and other exempt investors who invest in U.S. private equity partnerships and real estate. She is immediate past President of the International Tax Institute and a former Chair of the Tax Section of the New York State Bar Association.
