Henry is a Hong Kong and UK qualified private equity and corporate partner with more than 25 years' experience advising on the full range of complex Asia cross-border and Hong Kong M&A transactions including public and private deals, strategic alliances and joint ventures, as well as cross-border transactions.

Henry regularly represents global financial sponsors and strategic investors on public and private M&A, buyouts, control acquisitions, minority investments, co-investments and corporate governance matters. Some of his key clients include Anchor Private Equity, CK Asset Holdings, Eli Lily and Company, EQT Capital Partners (formerly known as BPEA EQT/Baring Private Equity Asia), General Atlantic, GIC, Huanxi Media, MBK Partners, MGM Resorts, NWS Holdings, Providence Equity Partners and Vistra Group (a portfolio company of EQT Private Capital Asia).
