Career

Lee is a Special Counsel in the International Arbitration and Projects groups of Corrs Chambers Westgarth Melbourne. She has experience in arbitrations conducted under many of the leading arbitral rules, advising clients and assisting arbitral tribunals. She regularly advises local and international clients on the drafting of arbitration agreements. She also advises on the potential enforcement of Bilateral Investment Treaties and corporate structuring with a view to optimising investment protection, and has published on the CPTPP. Lee was Associate to The Hon. Justice Hayne of the High Court of Australia from 2005 to 2006. She has a BCL from Oxford University, and Bachelors of Laws (First Class Honours) and Arts from the University of Western Australia. She also has a Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Lee previously practised at a leading international law firm in London and in 2017, she was seconded to Bredin Prat in Paris, where Lee worked in their arbitrage team.
