Shinsuke Yakura is the Office Leader of Orrick's Tokyo Office. His practice focuses on intellectual property, antitrust, product liability, medical and pharmaceutical disputes, employment law, including labor law related disputes, and other commercial disputes for both domestic and foreign companies. He also specializes in white collar and corporate investigation with a focus on antitrust as well as FCPA/UKBA and anti-bribery related matters.
