Intellectual Property

Masao’s main focus is on domestic and transnational commercial disputes relating to intellectual property. He represents companies in patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation and copyright infringement litigation, and he additionally handles other matters, such as employment and tort litigation and foreign judgment enforcement. He also assists with domestic and multinational transactions related to intellectual property including trademark and trade secret licensing.
