Ciara R.M. Baker’s tax practice involves advising the firm’s publicly traded and privately held corporate clients with a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, spin offs, formation, financings, restructurings and public offerings. She also has experience in a variety of aspects of executive compensation including equity compensation, nonqualified deferred compensation, incentive plans, and executive, retention, severance and change-in-control agreements. Ms. Baker’s practice also includes advising nonprofit organizations on applying for and maintaining tax-exempt status.
