Patrick Hogan is a litigation associate in Winston & Strawn LLP’s Washington, D.C. office. He represents clients in class-action and multidistrict litigation in courts across the country, focusing on false advertising and product liability cases. Pat has experience in most aspects of litigation, including developing arguments for and briefing pretrial procedural motions, developing and briefing motions to dismiss, managing document collections and reviews, drafting and responding to discovery, preparing fact and expert witnesses, opposing class certification, and examining witnesses at trial. Pat also has experience preparing briefing to the federal courts of appeal.
