Thania has a broad range of experience representing U.S. and international clients in federal and state courts in complex, high-stakes commercial, securities, and antitrust litigation, as well as habeas corpus and reproductive rights litigation. Thania also has an exceptional understanding of matters relating to blockchain and digital assets and has been representing clients in this space since 2018, including in enforcement actions brought by the SEC, as well as advising companies on regulatory matters in this field.
