Matthew Stevens – M&A Attorney | Winston & Strawn
Matt Stevens is the Chair of Winston’s globally recognized M&A practice. He is a veteran M&A attorney who represents both public companies and private equity clients on a wide range of strategic M&A transactions, investments, and other corporate matters, both in the U.S. and internationally.
Matt advises clients with respect to a wide variety of corporate transactions, particularly focusing on M&A and private equity transactions, and has significant cross-border experience throughout the world. He also regularly advises publicly and privately held companies with respect to general corporate matters and complex commercial engagements.
Matt has advised clients on M&A and other private equity transactions of all sizes and degrees of complexity, and has represented a diverse base of clients, both large and middle market (and public and private alike).
