Tech and financial services are key industries the group focuses on. Team changes include the departures of former co-head of the practice Sheryl Falk who left the Houston office to in August 2023, of Seth Spitzer who left the New York office in April 2023, both to in-house roles, and of Michael Tomasulo who departed the Los Angeles team to join Reed Smith LLP in February 2023.
