She has extensive experience assisting companies in conducting sensitive internal investigations. In the civil arena, she has represented businesses accused of negligence in hiring, Lanham Act, and civil RICO claims, as well as breach of fiduciary duty, usurpation of corporate opportunity, and fraud claims.
