Drew Washington is a litigation associate who has experience in sports, antitrust, and labor law. Drew worked on the litigation team that represented the U.S. Women’s National Team in its gender discrimination/equal pay lawsuit against the U.S. Soccer Federation. She also works on matters for the NFL Players Association, one of which involved a successful Second Circuit appeal involving claims brought under the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act. While Drew was a summer associate in 2017, she published an article for the Daily Journal alongside Kathi Vidal, discussing the impact of the TC Heartland Supreme Court decision on patent litigation.
