Greg Gartland represents lenders, agents and other stakeholders in distressed transactions and special situations, including change of control restructurings, proxy exercises, foreclosures and chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. His clients include numerous private credit and sponsor finance lenders, including Ares Capital Corporation, Twin Brook Capital Partners, Bank of Montreal and other direct lenders who trust him with many of their most sensitive matters.

Greg has experience in restructurings across virtually all industries but has extensive experience in restructuring matters in multi-site healthcare.
