Leonardo holds an LL.B. from Universidade de São Paulo - USP (1990), a postgraduate degree in Administration and Business Economics from Fundação Getulio Vargas Business School, and an LL.M. in American and Comparative Law from the New York University School of Law (1997). He also holds a specialisation degree in Business Law from Escola Paulista da Magistratura (2003), a specialisation degree in Administering Legal Services and in Law & Economics, both from Fundação Getulio Vargas Business School.
