Briony is a senior associate within Burges Salmon's Corporate Finance team.

Briony has a broad range of experience working with companies on a variety of corporate matters including equity investments, mergers and acquisitions and group restructuring. She works with a range of public and private companies, individuals and institutions across the UK and on cross-border transactions.
