Career
Randy Parks is part of the firm’s Global technology and outsourcing group. Over the past 25 years, he and the HuntonAK team have negotiated hundreds of transactions valued at billions of dollars for firms ranging from the Fortune 5 to the middle-market. Their practice focuses on digital enterprise IT projects, particularly business process and IT outsourcings, joint ventures, licensing, systems acquisition, development and integration projects, blockchain, automation/AI, and e-commerce matters. The team works closely with the firm’s leading retail and consumer products, financial services, energy and utility, real estate, healthcare, and global privacy and cybersecurity practices to find solutions for difficult cross-border business problems.
