Career

Mr Wright’s practice focuses on capital markets transactions particularly for equity REITs and mortgage REITs, real estate operating companies and companies in the hospitality industry, and specialty finance companies. Mr Wright regularly advises companies and leading investment banks on public and private issuances of debt and equity securities and M&A transactions. He heads the firm’s Real Estate Capital Markets Group, which has handled over 1,100 capital markets transactions for more than 210 public and private real estate companies, including more than 155 IPOs and Rule 144A equity offerings, in recent years.
