Career
Tammy’s practice includes a broad range of financing, commercial real estate, project finance, derivative and telecommunications transactions. She represents financial institutions, sponsors, equity investors and project companies in a variety of financing matters, including syndicated and structured finance transactions, as well as workouts and restructuring of such transactions. She has significant experience representing servicers of commercial mortgage loans in the servicing-related aspects of structured finance transactions. Tammy has substantial experience in non-judicial foreclosures of all types of commercial properties, including dealerships, retail centers, apartments, warehouses and raw land.
Additionally, she has extensive experience in the field of derivative transactions and regularly advises clients on a wide range of derivative products including interest rate and commodity swaps, caps, options and other hedging arrangements. Over the last several years, Tammy has also worked with telecommunication providers on a full range of issues, including drafting and negotiating collocation agreements, interconnection agreements, indefeasible right-of-use agreements, asset purchase agreements and optical fiber-related service agreements.
