Position

Partner in the London office whose practice focuses on infrastructure energy and resources projects in emerging markets. More than 20 years of experience in infrastructure, energy and resources, initially as a policy adviser in the public sector and then as a lawyer. Recent focus on matters in Central and Eastern Europe, including advising the Government of the Republic of Croatia in connection with the design, construction, financing, operation and of the Zagreb airport project and advising Hrvatska Elektroprivreda (HEP), the national electricity company of the Republic of Croatia, on an international tender for the design, engineering, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of a new €800m, 500 MW coal-fired power plant at Plomin in Istria, Croatia, among other matters.
