Partner whose practice focuses on all types of real estate transactions, with an emphasis on real estate investment and development. Specialising in acting for institutional investors, property companies and developers in the acquisition, development management and disposal of investment properties, as well as acting for banks and other financial institutions in property finance transactions. Also experienced in the property aspects of acquisitions, divestitures, and projects and infrastructure development, as well as public and private sector initiatives involving commercial property.
