Ms. Lei advises clients on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, joint venture, private equity investments, project finance and development, and complex commercial contracts in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

She also routinely advises Chinese companies with respect to their investments, projects, transactions, corporate governance, disputes resolution and regulatory compliance matters in the US.

Ms. Lei is a member of the Houston Young Lawyers Association (HYLA), Texas Bar Association and Asian American Bar Association of Houston (AABA).
