Mr. Klass advises on a wide range of corporate tax issues and transactions, in particular those with an international element. He is a partner on the tax and ERISA team in Hunton Andrews Kurth’s London office. He has extensive experience advising on the tax aspects of cross-border M&A transactions, structured finance transactions (advising both asset originators and arrangers), as well as the UK and international tax aspects of corporate group reorganizations.

Mr. Klass is the author of a number of articles in various tax publications and is a committee member of the UK Branch of the International Fiscal Association.
