Matt advises and defends clients across industries with the strategic insights as the former General Counsel for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, a former environmental litigator at the U.S. Department of Justice, and the former General Counsel for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.

His in-depth experience and knowledge on pivotal recent changes in environmental regulation for air, water, and chemicals, as well as his contacts in the federal government, enable the highest quality regulatory advocacy.

Matt also provides pragmatic and strategic compliance solutions for projects and operations throughout the country. Matt is able to provide deep insight into Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act permitting processes of federal and multiple state agencies, enabling clients to navigate compliance.
