Jenna is a member of Hunton Andrews Kurth’s global privacy and cybersecurity practice. Jenna routinely assists clients with issues related to privacy and data protection law compliance, cybersecurity incident response, and U.S. federal and state regulatory enforcement actions. She counsels clients on compliance with all U.S. federal and state privacy and data security laws, with a particular focus on the U.S. state comprehensive and consumer health data privacy laws, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Jenna has assisted a number of clients with implementing enterprise-wide privacy compliance programs, and also has extensive experience assisting clients with privacy-related issues in the AI space and ad-tech space, as well as issues related to the collection, use and disclosure of sensitive information (including health data, children’s data, geolocation data and biometric data). She also advises clients with regard to privacy policies and consent language addressing a wide range of data collection and processing issues.
