Jon's principal area of practice is corporate and securities law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and the representation of public companies, private companies, master limited partnerships (MLPs) and investment banks in all forms of capital raising transactions, including IPOs, registered offerings of equity and debt securities and private placements of equity and debt securities. He also works with management teams, operating companies and private equity funds in connection with private equity investments. 

In addition, he advises companies on corporate governance matters, periodic reporting and other requirements of the federal securities laws, and the requirements of the New York Stock Exchange and the NASDAQ Stock Market.
