J.R.’s practice focuses on commercial real estate including joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, finance, leasing and construction.

J.R.’s experience spans the entire deal lifecycle from equity and capital stack structuring (including preferred equity and mezzanine loan transactions) to acquiring, financing and disposing of real estate in all asset classes. He advises investment funds, REITs, family offices and sovereign wealth funds on a wide variety of real estate related transactions both domestically and internationally.
