Career

Eric’s practice focuses on asset securitization, structured finance and other corporate finance transactions. He represents issuers, underwriters, lenders and mortgage servicers in structured finance transactions, with an emphasis on resecuritization transactions and esoteric asset securitization (such as credit card receivables, development properties, equipment loans and leases, auto loans, etc.).

Prior to joining the firm, Eric represented publicly-traded and privately-held companies, across a wide range of industries, including investment services, energy, hospitality, gaming, technology, biotechnology and internet media. His experience includes working on a range of securities and M&A transactions, such as ‘34 Act reporting requirements, initial public offerings and stock and asset acquisitions.
