Dimitri is a senior project finance lawyer with a strong track record of advising major international clients in complex energy and infrastructure projects. Prior to joining EY Law, Dimitri was the Location Head of the Energy and Infrastructure Projects team in London for DLA Piper. Dimitri is recognised in the London market as an leading industry expert being the only lawyer listed by Legal 500 as a "Leading Individual" in London for both Power (including renewables) and Oil & Gas.

Dimitri has advised project sponsors, investors, lenders, DFIs and procuring authorities on numerous major projects across the globe, including in emerging markets. Dimitri is highly active in new technologies, including hydrogen and green ammonia, and is known for his expertise in the renewables market and thermal IPPs, as well as complex infrastructure projects. His work has included greenfield development, project financing and M&A, as well as a particular understanding of how to contest, resolve and settle disputes in the complex projects.
