Position

Partner in the London office whose practice focuses on the development, construction, financing, purchase and sale of energy, telecommunications, and infrastructure projects in emerging markets, with a particular emphasis in Africa and Eastern Europe. Practice includes representation of the World Bank, governments, sponsors, and lenders on project development and finance matters. Currently advising various clients on the development or purchase and sale of over a dozen independent power projects in Africa and Eastern Europe with a combined value of several billion dollars.
