Focuses practice on banking and finance law. Regularly represents corporate clients, financial institutions and private equity sponsors. Experience includes syndicated loans, leveraged finance, restructurings, project and infrastructure finance and acquisition finance. Extensive experience in cross-border and domestic transactions.
