National Leader of the International Arbitration Group. Specialises in international and domestic commercial arbitration, commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation and infrastructure matters. Counsel in arbitration proceedings throughout North America, Asia and Europe, and in all levels of Canadian courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada, and in several provinces. Called to the British Columbia Bar in 2000. Law clerk to the former Chief Justice of Canada (1998-99).
