He has defended leading multinational manufacturers and their Canadian affiliates in class actions, mass torts and serious personal injury claims across the country involving a variety of products including prescription and over-the-counter medicines, medical devices, automotive equipment and fire protection systems, consumer protection matters, toxic torts and Competition Act matters. Gord has considerable class action trial experience, and manages litigation nationally for some of the world's largest manufacturers of pharmaceutical medicines, medical devices, consumer goods and heavy equipment. Gord leads the Blakes Class Actions team.
