Kris also regularly represents public and private acquirors and target companies and special committees in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including plans of arrangement, mergers and take-over bids. Kris also represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies with buyout, investment, add-on and exit transactions. Kris also regularly advises issuers on general corporate and securities law and ESG-related matters, including corporate governance and compliance with continuous disclosure obligations and stock exchange policies.
