Canadian delegate on law reform projects in secured transactions sponsored by the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law and the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law. Member of working groups of these organizations and of the Uniform Law Conference of Canada. Chair of the Québec Bar Law Review and the Québec Bar committee on secured transactions. Associate Professor (banking law) at the Law Faculty of Université de Montréal.
