Lead counsel for the successful appellants in the leading Canadian cases on contractual interpretation (Sattva Capital Corp. v. Creston Moly Corp.) and discretionary trusts (S.A. v. Metro Vancouver Housing Corp.). Member of Supreme Court Advocacy Institute’s National Advisory Committee and past Executive Director. Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America.
