Miguel Amado is an associate in the areas of Corporate & Commercial Law, Banking & Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Project Development & Public Procurement, Energy, Corporate Investigations & Compliance, Mining & Natural Resources at Morgan & Morgan.

Miguel has advised clients in different Insurance and Reinsurance procedures and acquiring SEM Licenses and has aided in different areas such as Mining, Due Diligence, Investigations, and other Corporate Services.

Prior to joining the team, Miguel gained experience in Litigation and Dispute Resolution at a local firm in Panama and was also an intern in the Corporate Law Department of Morgan & Morgan.

Miguel obtained his degree (with honors) in Law and Political Science from the Universidad Católica Santa María la Antigua.

Miguel is admitted to practice law in the Republic of Panama.
