Gilberto Giusti heads the firm’s Litigation and Arbitration practices. Gilberto has been dedicated to arbitration and other out-of-court methods of dispute resolution, and has actively participated as attorney in arbitrations in Brazil and abroad. He was a foreign associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, New York - 1992.
