Diogenes Gonçalves advises national and foreign clients from a wide range of industries on issues related to insurance and reinsurance, compensation for fraud and disputes linked to corporate issues, both in the litigation and consultancy spheres. With academic training in Brazil and abroad, he conducts complex litigation and works strategically with client managers. He was coordinator of the firm's Litigation Sector for 9 years.
