Cristianne Saccab Zarzur Chaccur advises Brazilian and international clients on complex antitrust and economic law matters, such as merger control, anticompetitive practices, compliance programs, and commercial contracts.

She has extensive experience in structuring and filing transactions before the Brazilian Antitrust Authority (CADE), as well as conducting due diligence reviews on antitrust protocols and clean teams.

She also represents clients in investigations and legal proceedings related to antitrust matters and negotiates agreements with CADE and the Public Prosecutor’s Office in the administrative, civil and criminal spheres.

In addition, Cristianne assists clients in assessing, developing and improving business policies and partnerships from an antitrust perspective and provides training on compliance best practices.
