Nicole Recchi Aun represents clients from the health industry in Brazil. Her practice consists in the legal and regulatory advisory to companies engaging in pharmaceuticals, health products, cosmetics, hygiene products, sanitizing products, food, agrochemicals, agricultural products and beverages. She advises on a variety of matters of interest to the sector, with a focus on clinical research, importation, commercialization, and advertising of products regulated by ANVISA, digital health, innovation and health technologies, protection of sensitive health data, compliance, Partnerships for Productive Development (PDPs), technology transfer with public pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology, protection of plant varieties, biodiversity, and involvement in M&A operations and corporate structuring of healthcare companies, including startups.
