Lourival Lofrano Júnior handles litigation cases (police investigations and criminal proceedings) and advises on corporate criminal law, serving clients from a wide array of industries. He has experience in compliance, and conducts internal investigations, reviews of compliance programs and defences before the Controller General's Office of the Federal Government (CGU).
